*BOOKING POLICY:

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. All session payments must be made no less than 48 Hours prior to the date of your session. If no payment is received 48 hours prior to your session, your booking will automatically be cancelled. Please ensure you arrive on time for the agreed upon time slot. You must provide notice if you are running late for a session. In the event you are running late, your time slot might be altered to avoid affecting other sessions. 

RJFH Music has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If payment has been made for a session that you can no longer attend, you are entitled to a full refund, or we can reschedule. If you don't provide 48 hours notice for a cancellation, you will still be required to pay for the session and will have to rebook for another session.

Mitigating circumstances are always considered.
